Drink & Draw Cork is running regularly for almost nine years. We still meet every third Tuesday of a month at the Pub (locations can be found out through Facebook or Twitter links below).

However, we will stop using Blogger and continue to announce our monthly events only through Social Media and the WhazOn Cork event brochure.

Did you know Drink & Draw Cork now runs for 8 years?? Quite cool, isn't it? :) We started as a tiny group of doodlers and over the years we have seen many people joining us, we made friends and we waved goodbyes as well. We've seen beginners becoming better and better at their art and everyone has always been open and supporting. I think it's safe to say we can be proud of us! Keep up the spirit and go raibh míle maith agat!

To celebrate our birthday, please bring a few snacks and treats to share with others and raise a few drinks to another 8 years. Cheers!

Did you know that on May 16th 1770 Marie Antoinette married Louis-Auguste who later becomes king of France? Well, you know now. And we invite you to get inspired by VERSAILLES for the next Drink & Draw evening!

We switched to the beer garden for the next months. You usually find us sketching in the back of the beer garden.

Celebrate the joy of colour!

March 21st is International Colour Day, a perfect day for a Drink & Draw. We want to see plenty colourful artwork, colour on your hands, bring colouring books, design your own coloring motivs, anything you can think of - as long as it's colourful! Have fun :) It also happens to be the Equinox on this date, btw.

We're in the Upstairs Bar at the Franciscan Well during the cold season. The place underwent some refurbishment and it looks fabulous! Just go through the bar towards the beer garden and turn left, open the door and go up the stairs. 

We ask I people not use wet paints or glues or the like that could effect the furniture! It's all new and shiny so please handle it with respect and care. Thanks!

New Year, New Art Supplies!

We all know the warm fuzzy feeling of newly bought art supplies. Or sometimes we find old art supplies which have never been used, so they're like new ones! Anyways, next Drink & Draw is all about art supplies - get them out, try something different or cuddle up in your comfort zone. As long as you're using those art supplies :)

December's Drink & Draw is going to happen 

in COBH at the Rob Roy Bar

We had such a great time in Cobh last year at our Titanic themed Drink & Draw, we decided it's about time to come back. 

We would like to invite you all to come along, draw some Krampus (or whatever you like to draw), bring and share some treats and make this our little Drink & Draw Xmas and the last sketch-meet of 2016.

Cobh is easy to access by train or car. If you plan to drive by car, please offer others a seat if possible. We also decided to start at 6pm to give you all plenty of time to enjoy a cosy evening wit art and live music.

Thursdays are continuing to be extremely crowded at the Franciscan Well, so we decided it will be better to switch to a less busy week day and a better chance to reserve enough space for all of us. So from now on, Drink & Draw is on every 3rd Tuesday of a month.
